There is no IDE connector on the motherboard Angelica2. Your motherboard has a SATA controller and the connectors. Is there a way I can install the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers without having to do a complete OS re - install? I was hoping that the recovery disks would have an opportunity to re - install the drivers, but it seems he does only a comeplete OS re - install. I feel I might need to re Flash my BIOS but there is no ads for this installation of support for my PC software it displays only a BIOS for another MoBo. There is no UNKNOWN devices and there is no OTHER devices listed by eliminating this question. Now when I go into Device Manager, there is no registration for the ATA/ATAPI IDE controller.
